Your “new” piece is ready to fill that perfect spot in your home for years to come.

Whether a cherished family heirloom or a modern update, Jeanne guides you through all the steps to bring your personalized vision to life.

It starts with connection: Through email, phone, or appointment, we discuss your project, your vision and how to achieve your goals.

After our consultation: You’ll be provided with a quote for labor + fabric yardage needed.

Once the quote is accepted: The real fun begins! I’ll guide you through these next steps with as much direction and input as needed. Conversation and consultation through the process is vital.

FAQ

  • Whats the first step for getting an estimate?

    • Simply email a photo with measurements (height, width, depth) of your project in order to receive a labor and yardage estimate. If you do not have access to emailing a photo, simply call for an appointment to bring it by for a consultation.

  • Why would I want to spend the money on upholstery when I can go out and buy a new chair for about the same price?

    • The piece has some sentimental value but needs new fabric and/or internal work

    • The piece is sturdy and very well made and would be difficult to replace at the cost of upholstery (older frames are typically hardwood frames, which are superior to the newer press-wood/disposable frames)

    • The piece fits perfectly in the spot for which it’s intended.

    • Fabric choice can be truly unique!  Not limited to a few options.

  • What fabric options are available?

    • Creek Hill Upholstery offers a wide range of fabric options including indoor/outdoor, formal, contemporary, traditional, and highly durable commercial-grade.

  • How long does it take for a project to be completed?

    • Every project we do is unique so there really is no set answer for this. We will discuss timeline upfront based on the scope of your project and other projects I have in queue.

  • What’s the average price for an upholstery project?

    • This really varies from project to project. The piece itself, the condition, fabric choice, and options all come into play when giving a quote. We talk through all these details as the process goes.

  • How do I know you can match my style?

    • This is dependent on the upholstery professionals’ ability to ask the right questions and make a variety of suggestions to better define the customer’s vision.

At Creek Hill Upholstery, my 20+ years of experience and meticulous attention to detail allows me to realize your personalized vision and deliver that desired end product.

  • Are you licensed?

    • Upholstery in the U.S. is not licensed. This is why it’s even more important to know the work and the integrity of the person you choose to take care of your upholstery projects. A person and a portfolio that resonates with you speaks volumes about the product you will receive.
